This is our own hand-painted version after Gustav Klimt, showing The Kiss, a close embrace between two figures wrapped in a single golden robe patterned with bold rectangles and delicate circles. They kneel at the edge of a flower-strewn meadow, her face tilted in quiet surrender, his head bowed to meet her cheek. Rich gold leads through amber, black and soft pink, giving the whole scene a warm, tender, almost dreamlike mood.
Its glowing gold tones suit a sitting room above a sofa or a bedroom wall facing the bed, bringing warmth to either space. Each canvas is hand-painted to order by our artists, available rolled or framed and in a choice of sizes.
