Abstract Wall Art

About Abstract Wall Art

Our large abstract wall art is all about colour, texture and movement rather than a set scene. Every piece is hand painted on canvas by our artists, so you'll see real brushwork in the sweeps of red and gold, the layered neutrals and the deep palette-knife ridges that catch the light.

A big abstract canvas is one of the easiest ways to pull a room together. Pick out a shade from your sofa, cushions or rug and the painting will tie the whole space up, whether it hangs above a fireplace, along a hallway or behind the bed. Bold, high-contrast pieces make a confident statement in an open-plan living room, while softer, textured neutrals bring calm to a bedroom. If you love a heavy, sculptural finish, have a look at our textured wall art.

Not sure how big to go? Our guide to what size canvas to hang above a sofa will help, and for the biggest walls our extra large canvas wall art gathers the boldest statement pieces in one place. Every painting comes rolled or in a black, antique gold, white, dark grey, oak or walnut frame (see our frames), in sizes up to 120cm, with free UK delivery.
