Rose Sail Voyage looks down over a small wooden sailboat as it tips through deep teal waves, its rose-pink sails caught full against a blazing sunset sky. Thick, knife-applied strokes of blush, apricot and warm gold swirl overhead, while the sea below churns in shadowed blues flecked with glowing colour. The high, diagonal angle gives the whole scene a sense of movement and quiet drama, romantic and softly glowing throughout.
This striking seascape suits a living room wall above a sofa or a wide hallway where its diagonal sweep and bold texture can be properly seen. Every piece from Gallery 23 is hand-painted to order by our artists, available as a rolled canvas or framed canvas art in a choice of sizes.
