Fiery Gale Galleon looks down from high above a wild sea, where a lone three-masted ship is tossed within a churning vortex of teal and charcoal water. Above, the sky erupts in molten orange, gold and deep crimson, the storm clouds painted with thick, knife-textured strokes that catch the light like real flame. It's a scene full of drama and quiet heroism, the small vessel holding its course against the furious swirl of sea and sky.
This bold, high-impact piece suits a living room art wall above a sofa or fireplace, where its scale and fire-lit colours can command the whole room. Each piece is hand-painted to order by our artists at Gallery 23, supplied as a rolled canvas or framed canvas art, in a choice of sizes.
