Cream Ribbon Fold captures a thick, looping band of pale paint that twists and knots upon itself, rendered with heavy palette-knife strokes that catch the light. Behind it, a slate-grey sky scatters into broken fragments along the top edge, while the lower ground deepens into charcoal and burnt sienna, warmed by a glow from the lower right. The effect is bold and tactile, with a quiet, contemplative pull at its centre.
This abstract wall art brings a striking focal point above a sofa or sideboard in a living room, and its warm, grounded tones work equally well as bedroom wall art for a calming yet characterful feel. Each piece is hand-painted canvas, made to order by our artists at Gallery 23, available as a rolled canvas or framed canvas art in a choice of sizes.
