This is our own hand-painted version after Vincent van Gogh, showing Starry Night Over the Rhône, with its swirling golden stars reflected in deep blue water below. Gas lamps along the riverside town glow in warm amber, their light rippling across the Rhône in long streaks, while a couple stand close together on the bank in the foreground. The mood is quiet and nocturnal, rich with the deep blues and glowing yellows that fill the sky and water alike.
This piece suits a hallway, above a sofa, or a quiet reading corner where its deep colours can settle into the room. Each canvas is hand-painted to order by our artists, available unframed or framed, in a choice of sizes.
