Dapper Hound catches a greyhound mid-toast, one elegant paw raised to hold a coupe glass as if proposing a cheerful round of drinks. Thick, loose strokes of charcoal and white build up the fur, while a sequinned bow tie and tiny jewelled sunglasses add flecks of pink, teal, gold and purple against the soft putty-coloured backdrop. The mood is playful and a touch cheeky, with just enough poise to feel properly dressed for the occasion.
It brings a sense of fun above a sofa or sideboard in a living room, and works just as well as bedroom wall art for anyone who likes their decor with a wink. Each piece is hand-painted to order by our artists, supplied as a rolled canvas or framed, and available in a choice of sizes.
