Dark Rectangle sets one solid block of deep espresso brown low against a vast, softly glazed sky of cream, taupe and blush beige. The dark form holds firm at the bottom-right edge while the pale tones drift gently above it, built up in smooth, flat passes rather than heavy texture. The overall feeling is calm and grounded, with a quiet sense of drama held in that single dark shape against so much open, breathing space.
Its muted, restful palette makes this piece well suited to a bedroom wall, above a headboard or along a landing, and equally at home as living room art above a sofa where its soft tones can settle into the room. As with all our abstract wall art, it is hand-painted to order by our artists, available as a rolled canvas or framed canvas art, in a choice of sizes.

All of our frames are firstly fitted and stretched onto a canvas then installed into a floating frame to really make the Artwork stand out, These are crafted and inspected by professionals. If you are looking for something bespoke please contact us.
Our paintings are made on the highest grade linen canvas. The result is art that withstands increased humidity, remains odor-free, and does not fade over time.

Free UK delivery (approx. 4 weeks from order). EU and USA: flat rate £39.99 per order (approx. 5 weeks). Every painting is made to order: about 3 weeks to paint, then tracked delivery. Before framing we send you photos of the finished artwork so you can be sure you're happy with it. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the buyer.
30 Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window if you are not happy with your order for any reason. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your artwork and return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
