Senna, Wet Race is a close, dramatic portrait of Ayrton Senna inside his helmet, rain beaded across the yellow, green and silver surface. Thick, textured brushstrokes build the gleam of wet paintwork and the sharp focus in his eyes, while grey and green streaks behind suggest motion and rain-soaked air. The mood is intense and still, a single moment of concentration held in heavy impasto.
With its bold colour and striking scale, this piece suits a home office, a study wall, or a hallway where its detail can be appreciated up close. Each canvas is hand-painted to order by our artists, available rolled or ready framed, in a choice of sizes to suit your space.
