Black and Cream Fan takes the simple shape of an open hand fan and builds it into bold abstract wall art, its black ribs spreading in thick, knife-textured strokes from the lower corner towards the opposite edge. The cream ground is worked with the same heavy texture, giving the whole surface a tactile, hand-finished quality. Graphic and confident, it reads as calm rather than loud, with a mood that feels considered and still.
It suits a living room wall above a sofa or sideboard, where its strong diagonal lines give a focal point without overwhelming the space, and it works equally well as bedroom wall art placed opposite the bed. Every piece is hand-painted to order by our artists, available as a rolled canvas or framed canvas art, in a choice of sizes.
