Sculpted Surf captures a single great wave at the very moment it breaks, its crest curling over in thick ridges of white impasto before tumbling down into deep teal water below. The palette moves between slate blue-grey and bright white, with the palette-knife texture giving the foam real physical weight and movement. There's a cold, elemental energy to it, the kind of mood you get standing close to the sea on a blustery day.
With its bold scale and churning motion, this piece works well as a large canvas wall art centrepiece above a sofa or sideboard, and suits a hallway or study wall just as readily, bringing a sense of the open sea indoors. Each piece is hand-painted to order by our artists, available as a rolled canvas or framed canvas art, in a choice of sizes.

All of our frames are firstly fitted and stretched onto a canvas then installed into a floating frame to really make the Artwork stand out, These are crafted and inspected by professionals. If you are looking for something bespoke please contact us.
Our paintings are made on the highest grade linen canvas. The result is art that withstands increased humidity, remains odor-free, and does not fade over time.
Free UK Delivery (EU & USA £39.99)
Free UK delivery (approx. 4 weeks from order). EU and USA: flat rate £39.99 per order (approx. 5 weeks). Every painting is made to order: about 3 weeks to paint, then tracked delivery. Before framing we send you photos of the finished artwork so you can be sure you're happy with it. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the buyer.
30 Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window if you are not happy with your order for any reason. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your artwork and return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
