Gilded Columns looks straight up through a row of towering classical pillars, their surfaces built up with thick, knife-textured gold leaf against a sky of charcoal grey, dove white and soft cream. The soaring diagonal angle gives the piece real drama, with one column rising close and bold while the others recede into the misty distance. There's something quietly grand and contemplative about it, the kind of painting that rewards a long look.
With its rich gold tones and commanding scale, it works beautifully as large canvas wall art above a sofa or within a hallway, lending a sense of occasion to the space. All of our frames are firstly fitted and stretched onto a canvas then installed into a floating frame to really make the Artwork stand out, These are crafted and inspected by professionals. If you are looking for something bespoke please contact us.
Our paintings are made on the highest grade linen canvas. The result is art that withstands increased humidity, remains odor-free, and does not fade over time.
Free UK Delivery (EU & USA £39.99)
Free UK delivery (approx. 4 weeks from order). EU and USA: flat rate £39.99 per order (approx. 5 weeks). Every painting is made to order: about 3 weeks to paint, then tracked delivery. Before framing we send you photos of the finished artwork so you can be sure you're happy with it. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the buyer.
30 Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window if you are not happy with your order for any reason. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your artwork and return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
