Storm Cloud Gold captures a sky in full upheaval, heavy masses of charcoal and warm grey piled thickly across the upper canvas with a palette knife, their edges catching the light. Through the centre, jagged seams of metallic gold break through the darkness like lightning caught mid-strike, fading into a paler, softer haze below. The overall feeling is charged and dramatic, somewhere between a brewing storm and its sudden release.
With its bold scale and dark palette, this piece works well as large canvas wall art above a sofa or positioned at the end of a long hallway where its gold detailing can catch passing light. All of our frames are firstly fitted and stretched onto a canvas then installed into a floating frame to really make the Artwork stand out, These are crafted and inspected by professionals. If you are looking for something bespoke please contact us.
Our paintings are made on the highest grade linen canvas. The result is art that withstands increased humidity, remains odor-free, and does not fade over time.
Free UK Delivery (EU & USA £39.99)
Free UK delivery (approx. 4 weeks from order). EU and USA: flat rate £39.99 per order (approx. 5 weeks). Every painting is made to order: about 3 weeks to paint, then tracked delivery. Before framing we send you photos of the finished artwork so you can be sure you're happy with it. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the buyer.
30 Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window if you are not happy with your order for any reason. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your artwork and return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
